“Daredevil” Season 3 casts actor Jay Ali

With Marvel and Netflix taking its cues from the superlative “Born Again” comic book narrative arc for season 3 of Daredevil, more news piles in with new casting news.

Marvel TV and Netflix have announced that The Fosters actor Jay Ali has been cast in Marvel’s Daredevil Season 3.

Jay Ali is set to portray Rahul “Ray” Nadeem, an honest, but ambitious FBI agent willing to go to any length for his family.

This follows recent casting news that saw Joanne Whalley as Sister Maggie.

Ali will the returning cast – Charlie Cox (Matt Murdock/Daredevil), Deborah Ann Woll (Karen Page), Elden Henson (Foggy Nelson), as well as Vincent D’Onofrio as Wilson Fisk, aka the Kingpin.

Daredevil Season 3 is slated for release in 2018
