Things are set to get truly nefarious on Season 3 of Gotham with the release of a new poster from FOX. Fans can expect to see the Court Of Owls to make an appearance in the coming season.

The Court Of Owls, a secret society that pretty much ruled Gotham from the shadows, was briefly teased in the Season 2 finale, and now FOX has released (via Zap2It) the Comic-Con poster for Gotham featuring the Court of Owls mask.

We will dive much more deeply into them in Season 3. The Court of Owls, this sort of illuminati group that’s been pulling the strings behind Gotham for centuries and might be the real culprits in the murder of Thomas and Martha Wayne, among other things.
