freak kitchen's "freak of the week". The Action Pixel. @TheActionPixelThis is a cute little gem. If you have not seen Freak Kitchen’s Freak Of The Week‘s music video, trust us, you are in for a magnificent treat. The rock gods stand on a morphing mechanical bull stage, flanked by flowing molten steel, wide-eyed beasts of metal music crowned with flowing, magnificent manes of hair that would make any of the Disney princesses go into a fit of jealous, homicidal rage.

freak kitchen's "freak of the week". The Action Pixel. @TheActionPixelThe animation is super lithe and beautifully done. It may just have something to do with the ex-Disney animator Juanjo Guarnido who directed the project for the band. Intercut with nostalgic footage of circus freak show performances, the song touches on YouTube celebrity and the viral culture’s ability to make popular the mundane and the disturbing. Which comes at an interesting time, where YouTube ‘celebrities’ like Zoella have been exposed for having ghostwriters for some book she is supposedly to have written. Tsk tsk.

Quite the sexy piece if we do say so ourselves, and we know you’ll like it too. Check out Freak Kitchen’s Freak Of The Week music video production in the player below:
