Brendan Fraser gets cast as villain in DC + HBO Max’s “Batgirl” movie

The internet’s rekindled love affair with Brendan Fraser has reached a new fiery pitch as news comes from the DC Comics camp that the actor will be making his way yet to another DC Franchise favourite – Batgirl.

The coming Batgirl movie that is destined to premiere on HBO Max has cast the actor to star as the main villain. And that villain Brendan will be portraying? Garfield Lynns, better known as Firefly.

And as it is in the name, Firefly has the penchant of flambeing anything that will burn. And who doesn’t like a little conflagration just to see the embers dance in the night sky. Hope Gotham’s Fire Deparment is up to code.

Brendan Fraser be starring opposite Leslie Grace who is set to play Batgirl.
