“Mortal Kombat Legends: Battle of the Realms” releases green and red band trailers

Netherrealm continues to flesh out the cinematic universe of Mortal Kombat, even in light of recent news that the studio will no longer continue creating DLC updates for Mortal Kombat 11. A new animated movie has been teased via an official trailer for Mortal Kombat Legends: Battle of the Realms.

And all realms are left hanging in the balance as the last line of defense against Shao Khan tyrannical dystopia is the famed Mortal Kombat Tournament.

This animated movie follows on the heels of Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion’s Revenge.
