When the remedy is worse than the disease, it’s a good indication you should put the breaks on any form of science. But alas, thankfully, Morbius won’t be held by such a fickle premise as that. And the results are wholly transformative in the first trailer for Sony Pictures’ (and Marvel’s) movie Morbius: The Living Vampire.

Which surprise, follows the leak of images from the trailer yesterday. And star Jared Leto does not seem to miss a beat after all the news of him trying to stop the movie Joker from being made, to his Joker character being divorced from the likes of the rebooted Suicide Squad and being killed off seemingly in Birds Of Prey‘s latest trailer.

Did you catch the teased Marvel-verse connection with Michael Keaton’s Vulture from Spider-Man: Homecoming? Does this mean we are set to see a more entrenched and connected universe betwixt Marvel and Sony Pictures? Or was this part of negotiations that happened around the time after the falling out and the resulting reconciliation over the future of Spider-Man.
