“The Flash” is seemingly on track with a new release date

Warner Bros. has taken the opportunity to unveil a few release dates for films waiting in the wings, and the likes of Matrix 4 has spurred on a flurry of interest from fans. Now, the film that has been marred by uncertainty and direction, be it directly or inadvertently connected to the divisive nature of the current DCEU, The Flash is once again brought to the forefront with the announcement of a new release date.

DC Comics and Warner Bros. Pictures’ The Flash movie is slated to premiere in cinemas come July 1, 2022.

The movie will star Ezra Miller, who first featured as the red speedster back in Zack Snyder’s Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice and the resulting Justice League movie; the character also featured in Suicide Squad.
