Valiant + the Russo Bros. are bringing the world’s worst superheroes to TV – “Quantum And Woody”

Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War may seem like the end of all things, but for the Russo brother directors, there is life after Thanos.

The Russo Bros are set to produce a TV series, and it is not for Marvel, but rather Valiant Comics, an imprint who has been making noticeable strides bringing their franchises to the small and big screens. Like Bloodshot, Harbinger and Dr. Mirage.

But this time around, the comic to screen series will be based on Quantum and Woody, the two actually worst superheroes ever in the world of superhero-dom. And that’s their appeal believe it or not.

Ant-Man veterans Andrew Barrer and Gabriel Ferrari will also serve as executive producers, in addition to scripting the pilot. The duo are currently scripting the upcoming Ant-Man and The Wasp for Marvel Studios.
