News comes down from on high about Marvel’s fem hero movie Captain Marvel via Variety. It looks like we can expect production to go ahead come 2018, as treatments for the script are being in the process of being composed.

Captain marvel, starring Brie Larson, is set to be Marvel’s first female hero-focussed film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and we expect to see many comparisons and contrasts made to DC’s coming Wonder Woman. Who’ll fair best? Only time will tell.
