disney Infinity 2. disney. marvel. star wars. the action pixel. @theactionpixelDisney Infinity 2.0 has graced our screens in recent game excursions and the possibilities of connecting Disney’s many satalite franchises, which are frankly juggernauts in their respective lanes, are surely infinite. Marvel stood strong in 2.0. We got Loki from Thor. We got Falcon from Avengers. Marvelites surely rejoiced.

But there is one other Disney-owned franchise that would by the power of deduction be the next brand to be integrated into Disney Infinity brand. This brand has been all the fuss, especially recently with an impending feature coming to cinemas, an animation coming to Disney XD, and a game coming to the forefront. I am of course speaking of Star Wars.

Disney Infinity 3.0 is coming. And with it, the force wielded by Yoda and Darth Vader. Disney Infinity 3.0 is set to have Star Wars-inspired missions like Twilight of the Republic, set after Episode II with Anakin and Ahsoka.

A Rise Against the Empire playset will set during the classic trilogy with Luke, Leia, Han and Chewie.

“In an interview with gameinformer, one of the head creatives working on the ‘Disney Infinity’ franchise said “Disney bought my childhood”. Can having claim on this amount of brands erode at their uniqueness as they inevitably meld under one parent umbrella? Or are you just super excited to see ‘Disney Infinity 3.0’ in the works?
