Ok, well we know it didn’t make that much impact on its release, but you definitely couldn’t deny it was visually arresting. That or the glitchy graphic effects added to the game gave us a temporary memory wipe almost on par with Nilin.

Bit of Brave New World, Equilibrium, Surrogates… what’s not to love in this crazy mind-memory bank Sensen6 universe? Well, according to Jean-Maxime Moris, creative director at Dontnod Entertainment, it seems that a sequel to Remember Me could be well underway at any given moment:

I would absolutely love to [work on a sequel]. We know what we would do for Remember Me 2. The main story has been written we know what we would add to the recipe. We know what we would fix. It’s a game that’s ready to be made, but that decision is Capcom’s to make.

So while Remember Me 2 (Too?) is pretty much raring to be made, Dontnod is as of this moment focusing their attention on their episodic game series Life is Strange:

But, right now our focus is [Life is Strange]. I really hope we will be able to work on more Life is Strange [episodes]. We need to capitalise on what we have done. It is a balance of trying different things and capitalising on what we know. For Season 2 we started bouncing ideas off each other. Obviously we need to see and Square Enix needs to see how the first season does to really decide whether we kick it off or not. So, it’s not in the works, but we have started the very early stages of conception at Dontnod.

Well til then, just remind yourself of the awesome gameplay the franchise offered via this walkthrough:
