War Thunder 1.47 “Big Guns” update

When it comes to war, as Napoleon suggested, god is on the side of the biggest army. Well with Gaijin Entertainment’s War Thunder recent update, gamers of the free-to-play war game can expect to receive the gaming-god’s favour with the completion of the US vehicle line. Yep, we are talking real big guns. Tanks. And planes (like the B-29 Superfortress and the USSR IL-2). Fantastic. Check out the trailer for the War Thunder 1.47 update in the player below:

The update also includes terrain mapping, which makes vehicles operate realistically on different surfaces, so a tank may power through on a paved surface, but don’t expect smooth sailing on muddy / hilly surfaces. This couple with improved graphics and specs, the changelog is a welcomed enhancement for fans.
