call of duty black ops 3. embers trailer. treyarch. the action pixel. @theactionpixelMan’s future demise is but by his own hands. The plot of every Orwellian, dystopia narrative ever constructed. And it is no different in the recent trailer teasing Treyarch’s Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3.

For those fans (I may have been among the few) hoping for even a partial visit back to jungles of some distant land in an era of war more real than cyber-fitted, sorry to burst you bubble but BO3 is set to take gamers way into the future. By 4 decades in fact. And 11 years after Sledgehammer’s Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare. Year 2065.

Reading like a timeline of humanities demise in clothed of technological advancements, the trailer shows a progressive march towards biogenetic human alterations and their militaristic applications. So in consideration of the soldier as machine, we may be literally be able to swap out body parts and have superhuman strength grafted into our limbs. So I guess like exoskeletons of Advanced Warfare.
