Ozzy Osbourne, the metal lord best known for being head member of Black Sabbath, running that weird reality tv show on MTV and biting off bat heads, is getting his own comic entitled Ozzy Osbourne: The Metal Madman.ozzy osbourne the metal madman. bluewater productions. the action pixel . @theactionpixel

Don’t worry ladies, they also have a series called Female Force that pushes stories based on famous women. They did comics on Michell Obama, Agenlina Jolie and Sarah Palin… ah, Palin.

The comic is written by Michael L. Frizell and Jayfri Hashim with art by Hashim. Frizell had this to say about the project.

Ozzy’s legacy is well-known. A lot of research went into creating the script. One misstep, and the fans will know.

Jayfri [Hashim] and I wanted to respect that legend – and the fans – by giving them something both familiar and unexpected.

Writing about real people is often difficult, and when it’s someone like Ozzy who’s made himself tough to define and is a mainstay in the tabloids, we are challenged to find new ways to tell that well-known story.

If you remember a few weeks back Bluewater Productions also graced us with a comic based on… well… the comic Stephen Colbert.

The comic was released in print on Comic Flea Market and digitally from ebook retailers
