The Action Pixel. @theactionpixel #EntertainmentOnTAPIt goes without saying that Rocket Racoon, with his villainous hearty laugh and street wise antics, has become one of the most riveting characters in Guardians Of The Galaxy. But while the fan favourite has been basking in the limelight of cinematic success, DC Comics made a subtle rebutal of the “Raccoon that talks” in the December issue of Injustice: Gods Among Us e-comic series.

Detective Chimp, a DC character that made his first appearance in 1952. That is almost a quarter of a century before Rocket Rackoon and over a decade before Planet Of the Apes (1968). So the Sherlock-intellegent primate decided to throw down the law on who is the alpha apex anthropomorphic animal once and for all with a subtle T-shirt print:

I think we all can glean from the following Detective Chimp is not impressed by GOTG‘s talking rodent.

Any rebuttals Marvel? Groot maybe? Mickey Mouse coming to the rescue. A dance off with Star Lord to Michael Jackson’s Beat it? #BitchPlease.
